After receiving the application documents, the intellectual property office will issue an acceptance notice to the applicant. If no one raises an objection to the trademark for registration application before the expiration of the announcement period or the objection is resolved, then the trademark for registration application will be approved and registered by the intellectual property office and a notice will be issued.

Issuing the African "Trademark Registration Certificate":
After the applicant receives the notice of approval and registration from the intellectual property office, the intellectual property office will issue the "Trademark Registration Certificate" to the applicant in the following days.
