(3) Identification of the applicant
When the applicant is an individual, a copy of the ID card should be submitted; when the applicant is a legal person, the legal person qualification proof materials should be submitted. (Please authenticate)
(4) Work description
A written material used to describe the creative purpose, usage purpose, and the originality of the work.
(5) Proof of right ownership
When the applicant is a successor of rights, corresponding written proof materials of right change should be submitted.
