Conditions for offshore company registration
①Three Chinese and English names of the company. According to the regulations of different offshore areas, avoid using words that do not conform to the regulations in the company name.
②There should be at least one shareholder and director in the company. The shareholders and directors can be of any nationality, be at least 18 years old, and can be natural persons or legal persons. When a legal person applies, it needs to submit the business license of the enterprise.
③The company's address must be within the jurisdiction of offshore laws.
④The registered capital of the company varies according to different offshore registration places, and its basic registered capital does not need to be verified.
⑤The requirements for holding board meetings in different offshore legal areas also vary. When holding a board meeting, all directors of the company need to be notified. Some offshore legal areas allow board meetings not to be held locally and also allow entrusting others to attend. There are also limitations on the number of directors participating.
